🙂 I am still trying my best to keep this A to z Challenge running but it seems I am falling way too behind. But hey ho Reminds me of my school , When you walked in through the main door On the right was the principles office and Vice principles.. On the left we had the accounts Dept. and a PNB bank, Carry on past them Came a Dead end with stair going up either side.
Now the WALL right in front where the stairs started had a Saying that it is the participation that matters, Not winning.. I know a bit of a cliché But hey ho that’s my excuse .. I am participating Yayyyyyyyyyyyyy 🙂
Ever Green Jagjit Singh, One of my favourites especially since living abroad all I can dream of is back home. I usually put the translations but WHO can do this , it will loose all its meaning even if I try to translate…

You’re doing great my friend, at least you are persisting with the challenge.
One of my biggest regrets was not to see the late great Jagjit Singh perform live on one of his UK tours. He was an incredible singer who’s songs just hit you deep.
My fav is “Tum Itna Jo Muskarare Ho” plus I have a crush on Shabana A who luckily enough I did see perform live in a theatre production. Still so graceful.

Jagjit Singh is my favourite ghazal singer. I have done 3 posts (I think!) on him and one on Chitra Singh. Love nearly all their songs including Punjabi songs. Son who lives abroad also plays them while driving mostly!

The Moon picture is really gorgeous. Since the last few months i have been trying to click a nice full moon pic but none of them is remotely close to the one you have put here. I will still try. Cheers to the spirit of participation and also to the context that you build up for it. 🙂

Persistence is what matters the most! Kudos to that! I once did think of taking it up but wasn’t sure that I will be able to justice to it since I had other things at hand. Jagjit Singh is one of my favs too!!! And that moon pic is GORGEOUS!!!! I am a moon-gazer…never can have enough of it!!!!
