No, this is in india.. and my friend who is a journalist with a newspaper took these pics.

This was in panchkula area , rather than chandigarh.. and more towards pinjore area.. there are new enclaves built around that area.. and is very near to the forest ..

oh yes we are . and i am sure one day the wild will retaliate and then what we are going to do is everyone’s guess probably end up destrying the whole of the wild.. and yes no one got hurt jsut a few bruised ego’s of our ill equipped forest department and its oficers

Oh yes everyone was ok.. the only people NOT in good shape were the forest officers who were out of breath trying to capture the animal .. and yes very very ILL-Equipped

Exactly humans are slowly taking over .. and had this magnificient creature hurt a human it probably would have been shot .. which is such a shame.. no human is shot for encroaching his area..

Well after an 8 hour struggle the ill equipped forest department managed to catch it, hold it in a net and then cage it.. later once it got checked over by a supposedly veterinarian he was released .. I think once the leopard entered the maze of concrete it got confused and did not know what to do.. but all is well that ends well ..

Heard about that incident in a school Bangalore? I watched the video and my heart was in my throat. That was another beautiful creature in the concrete jungle. It was scary at the same time. I hear they needed 10 hours to get the situation under control.
