Well a lot of things are happening in this part ofthe world , economic cuts, redundancies and all… doesnot look goood ..
Yeah the yello is the flourescent jackets we have to WEAR during winters when its dark to be visible .. or we get harnesses during summers .. have to be above our stab vests ..
