Thursday Challenge “ROADS” (Highways, Streets, Freeways, Traffic, Country Roads, Trails,…)

My entry for the Same .. some of the Roads I have travelled on

1. Home Sweet Home (Chandigarh)

Night time.. Left here and third house :)

All roads lead to Home

End of the Road is Home ..

2. Australia

On way to gold coast

    The first picture looks very nice – there is a something unique in it. Maybe its the effect of the street light blending into the night on an empty road. Wonderful photo, Bikram!

    No. 2 and No 3 are pictures of the same road at different times, right?? That makes an interesting theme n itself. :)

        hmm I hope this succeeds though it will be a futile exercise doing it .. there are people who are professionals in it , and I am jsut a nobody i just aim and shoot thats all my area of expertise ..
        You might have to pay someone to take the pic’s .. so dont lose money :)

    I was in Chandiargh a few weeks ago – for the first time, and fell in love with the city. The roads, the manicured round abouts…. just lovely! Snaps reminded me of the same.

    Let me join in too! The first shot is very nice. I love the vanishing daylight that manages to peep through the trees at the far end. Also the third shot – I like that too. Possibly the name Australia should mean something to me by now!…….

    Each pic is different and reminds me of something.
    1st one makes me rememb hw empty some streets are & how they threat us
    2nd one reminds me abt 9:00 AM ,when I used to b bsy running to catch the auto for my job.
    3rd – late time movies & all tired::)
    4th – mng drives during our north trip
    5th- afternun searchgn 4 sum rest near by.
    Wow, all pics are different..n hwz my comparision:P

    love this picture! Chandigarh is one of the cities I genuinely like. Remember going there and being amazed with the cleanliness, disclipline and well planned sectors and markets.
    And the cheap booze is just a plus :P

    Gorgeous pictures Bikram! I love the glorious night… the sunshine…the vibrancy. You have captured some perfect moods. There is something very interesting about roads… they are so symbolic. Drat, you have got me in this rather blue reflective mood. :D
